We want you to be satisfied with your Midwest Tech Solutions purchase! However, if you need help or need to return an item, we’re here for you!

If an item you have purchased from us is not working as expected within the return period, please visit one of our in-store Expert Technicians for free help, where they can solve your problem or even exchange the item for a product that better suits your needs. In fact, everyone is welcome to visit your closest Knowledge Bar or contact us for a free 10-minute technical consultation. Our doors are always open to assist you in finding solutions no matter where you purchased the item. It’s important to note that items purchased at a Midwest Tech Solutions must be returned or exchanged at any of our locations. So if you need to make a return or exchange, you can do so at the store that’s most convenient for you.

If you need to return or exchange an item, simply bring it back to any Midwest Tech Solutions for a full refund or exchange. Most products may be returned within 30 days, excluding desktop/notebook computers, tablets, processors, motherboards, projectors, 3D printers, 3D scanners, and specific Branded Game Simulator Accessories which may be returned within 15 days of purchase.

Connected and Wi-Fi devices.

Please make sure that all data has been removed and that the device is no longer linked to any cloud account or to any other device so that we may accept the return of this product. If you decide to return a phone or device with a carrier contract, you are responsible for canceling your service contract with the carrier and for all carrier charges.

3D Printers

Please ensure the 3D Printer you’re returning is disassembled and in like-new condition, repackaged in the original box with all packaging, accessories, and materials.

Products not eligible for return *

  • Opened software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows Server, and Microsoft Windows Server clients
  • Electronic software downloads
  • Point of Sale Activation Cards that have a dollar value
  • Micro Center Gift Cards (except as required by law)
  • Products with customer-induced damage such as, but not limited to, aerial drones with damage due to pilot error. So let’s be careful out there!
  • Microphones and microphone accessories *
  • VR Headsets, Headphones, including AirPods, Earbuds, and Over-the-Ear Products *

Refunds

All refunds will be based on your original payment method 

 

  • We offer gift receipts to customers when purchasing gifts. When returning a gift, you’ll receive your refund on a Micro Center Gift Card.
